Okay, tomorrow. I'll do it, I must... It's been too long holding it in.

Robbie Keane, #7!!!
So he's finally signed for £20.3 million. That's a lot, comparing to how much we got Fernando Torres, and so much so Keane will have to prove himself a lot faster than he would like to, with his age being 28 years and that Torres' first season has added much more pressure on him to do so. But, I'm sure he'll succeed alongside Torres!!
Hmm, The Dark Knight today was very nice. I especially love the first part of it, where the joker and his fellow jokers robbed the bank. All the backstabbing and everything, oh yeah... Haha... Seems oh so familiar. =)
Somethings taken note of. I just wonder, shouldn't he like propose? I mean... Since already there's so much one-sided love, which is damn annoying at times... Why not? Just get on your knees boy, you're already so close. Just go happily ever after or live the rest of your life with ... . There's no need to hide anything. It's so obvious~ Hmm... And this is not what it seems hor.

Ah, I just feel kinda sad for that primary school boy this afternoon. I think that it's all just his emotions reaching a breaking point. I don't blame him, he probably held it in damn long. Even if he is quite irritating, as I've heard, I don't think the people around him, etc his classmates or the sec school peepz, should tease him or irritate him, just about his size. I mean... It's not like everyone's perfect. It's just that his inherent flaw is visible to everyone. What I saw today isn't a nice sight. I might have had a contrasting look, but my heart really drop when there were sounds of tables and chairs rumbling around, amidst the crying. Society has definitely failed us, miserably.
Hmm... Today's football was nice. Finally having a game after a week of hectic rushing and chionging of homework. I think the new ball is quite nice. Pretty impressed by the design, and that the weight was fairly acceptable. Din find anything wrong with it... =)
Oh yah. I still have something I ought to do a long time ago. I promise, it will be done by tomorrow. =)

After all the euphoria and post-CHMA fever that had hit me the past week, it's pretty much back to work. All the banding has been put into effect, with me in the middle range Science bands. Having to chiong two E Maths and one or two Add Maths FYS papers isn't really nice, but it has to be done, right? Oh yeah, there's history to study too, test on Monday. Haha hopefully tomorrow I can get some restbite after school, where football will take precedence over studies, only for Fridays though. I'll also be inspecting the ball sy bought, hopefully it's not too light, though! Yeah after 1.5 years in the same class, I hope we finally get our own class football! =) Oh yeah a new iMedia ball is up the list too! All our koped balls are either lost or deflated or pah jiao.
Hmm on a more serious note, I don't really care anymore. =) All this things I've been pissed off with and paranoid about. I'll just leave things to be. But there's one thing I have to settle though, and I hope to settle it by tomorrow. It's been dragging on for a week. =| It has to be sincere, right??
Fernando Torres with the European Championship 2008 Trophy!
Daniel Agger, finally back in pre-season warm-ups.
David Martin, 3rd choice goalkeeper
Anyway back on the footballing side, Liverpool's first-team signings this season is now officially FOUR. Although most are almost unheard of, the majority are definitely for the future. Philipp Degen and Andrea Dossena adds to the defensive ranks, whilst Diego Cavalieri comes in to challenge for Jose Reina's No.1 jersey, whilst David N'Gog's arrival will add welcome competition for Fernando Torres and Dirk Kuyt, and possible Andriy Voronin, unless Voronin is moving to Hamburg for £3million, which if it is done. I would say Rafa Benitez is HELL GREAT in the transfer market, 'cos, that fee is £3million more than I expected to get for Voronin should he leave. The friendlies are quite decent too so far, a respectable draw at Hertha Berlin, with Mr Voronin missing a pen. Give him a break! He scored two in the recent friendlies.
Rafa with new signings Philipp (L) and Dossena (R)
Anyway Robbie Keane and Gareth Barry shouldn't be bought, whilst Xabi Alonso SHOULDN'T BE SOLD! Buy a winger! David Silva... or if that's too much, Stewart Downing? Albert Riera? (bearing in mind his less than impressive spell at Man City a couple years earlier)
JC or Poly? That's the question on most people's mind. JC is for the undecided, Polys are for the decided. I'm pretty much decided. So...? Well there are still other factors to consider, though.
So yeah... It's getting fiesty!
Bye~!

4 Successful CHMAs!!!
From the time we knew about CHMA, till our final finest hour last night, I gradually knew that this is something special, indeed. It is more than a rock concert/talent contest. It's about all the hard work we put in to this, all the heart. The fact that we have managed to experience four CHMAs is a testament of iMedia as a CCA.
I am so proud to have worked with everyone between the first and my last CHMA. I am proud to have worked with you guys, it has just been great. From taking instructions/orders from our beloved yellow-badged seniors, to now we giving orders to our juniors, it has a been magnificent experience for me.
I am also very honoured to be one of the many in our "Red Batch of 2008", the most number of members in our short history? I just love this.
I can't wait for next year's edition. It'll be all up to you now, but I'm sure when I return next June/July/August, it'll be as good if not better than my last four. =)
I almost cried last night. =)

Wah I have never seen someone so clingy, never. Ok, I may not be as intelligent, not as physically strong, but I do know one thing, I know how to get along with most people well. That includes people with a vary of different personalities and characteristics, and you certainly don't. I know how to transition into different cliques, I know the right times to do what and with whom. You don't. I don't hang on some branch, shadow or worship anyone. Why don't you go to the same JC/Poly as him? Huh? HAha... Maybe he'll do some course you don't like, but just for the ADHESIVE TAPE, you wouldn't mind, RIGHT? =)
"till death do us part", Oh yeah I can't agree more. Don't you?
No offence to the perceived victim, though. It's hard to tell this people what's really happening, cos sometimes its kinda scary once their ego has been hurt. =)

I think I am someone who gives most people no problem most of the time.
I'm so good at putting on a show, so good at putting up such a pleasant façade... TOO GOOD that once this show ceases, you will never, ever, know what had hit you. I definitely know one thing, it is difficult to see through me, especially at this.
"you put on quite a show... you really had me going..."
What has happened this past year? You might think I'm too/overly sensitive. Maybe I am, maybe I'm not...

Who says second choice goalkeepers are not important? They obviously are! They are almost as important as the first choice! They are usually not rated as highly, but most of the time, when they are called upon with the first choice injured or suspended, they usually deliver, even with such short notice. These are the goalkeeping understudies since Rafa Benitez took over in 2004, most being the understudy of current number one Jose Reina (years show the period when second-choice):
Scott Carson 2004-2005 his biggest low
The then-teenage shot stopper was signed from Leeds United for £1 million in January 2005. Tall with an imposing figure, Carson became then-first choice Jerzy Dudek's understudy. He was an unused sub in the 2005 Champions League final win. Carson has also halfway fulfilled the potential many had of him as a future England number one, with his debut against that important qualifier against Croatia. However it did not get off to a great start, as a blunder early in the game set Croatia off towards a 3-2 victory at Wembley. He is still dubbed as the next England number one. Currently still on the books of Liverpool, he is expected to leave in his bid for a permanent club that offers him regular football, in a bid to strengthen his international prospects. The likes of Aston Villa, Hull City and West Brom are in the hunt, but will have to pay around £10 million for his services.
Jerzy Dudek 2005-2007 his finest hour
After signing for Liverpool with a fee of around £5 million in 2001, Dudek saved Andriy Shevchenko's decisive penalty against Milan on that night in Istanbul. Since then up till the summer of 2006, it was not enough as Jose Reina was signed by Rafa Benitez, and hence Dudek finished his Liverpool career on the bench, with a couple of appearances in dead-rubber games and English cups. His fast reflexes made him Liverpool's number one for around 5 years, fighting off competition from the likes of Chris Kirkland and Scott Carson. Signing on for Real Madrid in 2007 as understudy to Iker Casillas, he has only made one La Liga and five Copa del Rey appearances.
Charles Itandje 2007-08
off to Turkey
He was signed by Rafa Benitez in 2007 to act as Jose Reina's understudy. He made his debut against Reading in the League Cup, but failed to impress as a couple of blunders led to him conceding 2 goals in Liverpool's 4-2 win. He fared better against Chelsea in the League Cup as well, unlucky to concede the first goal to Frank Lampard's deflected shot. Since then, he has not made any Premier League or Champions League appearance, leaving at the end of the season for Galatasary for a fee of £2 million.
Diego Cavalieri 2008-present
The Brazilian goalkeeper recently signed for Liverpool in a £3 million from Palmeiras, after making more than 100 appearances for the Brazilian club. His move will apparently push Scott Carson out of the club. He had been linked to a move to various Italian and Spanish clubs, before signing for the Reds. He should do well in the cup games handed to him by Rafa Benitez, and hope to displace Jose Reina as Liverpool's number one.
So Liverpool's first game of the new season starts in pre-season with a friendly against Tranmere Rovers of League One, and already Rafa Benitez is keeping his promise to give the youngsters a chance. The starting eleven is as follows:
13 David Martin; 2 Stephen Darby, 6 Jack Hobbs, 5 Daniel Agger, 23 Jamie Carragher (C); 16 Jermaine Pennant, 7 Damien Plessis, 21 Lucas Leiva, 22 Emiliano Insua; 15 Yossi Benayoun, 11 Daniel Pacheco
Substitutes: 1 Diego Cavalieri; 4 Sami Hyypia, 3 Martin Skrtel, 19 Phillipe Degen, 20 Martin Kelly; 12 Fabio Aurelio, 8 Steven Gerrard, 14 Jay Spearing, 9 Ryan Flynn; 10 Andriy Voronin
It's good to see that Spanish starlet Pacheco is getting a chance, along with local boys Martin and Darby. Hobbs, Insua and Plessis continue off from the time they got their Premiership debut apperances. Those that didn't go to the EURO08 like Skrtel, Carragher, Pennant and Benayoun will want to get their fitness back, and so desperately too, Daniel Agger, who will look like a new signing, bolstering Liverpool's strong backline. As only 10 substitutes are made, most of the players will get a fair amount of playing time. It would be good to see new-signing Cavalieri not play yet, giving Martin the whole game, while Kelly, Spearing and Flynn will hopefully feature at some point, so too Voronin and Degen, who would want to prove themselves, even so early and against such opposition. Comfortable win for Liverpool?

If doing two-one hour Add Maths and E Maths papers in a role isn't tough enough... Imagine doing in with a table lesser than the dimensions of 30cm-by-30cm, in a constraint space, and having to hold your foolscape pad, Add/E Maths FYS, and the fricking seperate question paper and, intended to be REUSED, formula list. Ahh yes...
Hmm... Is there any use continuously doing past year 'O' Levels Chinese Listening Comprehension papers? I feel quite sian continuously hearing it during Chinese lessons.
So next week's "'O' Levels' Exam" plan... - Chinese Listening Comprehension (a killer~) - Chemistry SPA Skill 3 (another killer~) - Physics SPA Skill 3 (erm... yeah... killer too~) Blown away again... But yet, I'm feeling quite irritated and unhappy with some people...

The ball DID cross the line.
3 years on... Prove was finally put up on YouTube a year or so back, with this Liverpool fan in the Anfield stands, with a perpendicular view of the face of the Chelsea goalpost, videoing the period of when Luis Garcia hits the ball and when William Gallas clears, incidentally, both of whom have left their respective clubs, any oh how. This amateur yet the current best clip videoed at the best angle is conclusive prove the ball DID cross the line, no doubt about it.
The Skysports cartoon can't prove anything, in the first place. They only took a small amount of time, in less than a day, to do...
And so, it did! Anyway, I agree with that referee that gave the goal, Lubos Michel, that had he not given that goal, Petr Cech would definitely been sent off for a foul on Milan Baros, and a penalty that would 90% be scored. Many, including Skysports did, might say Milan Baros' foot was too high, BUT... He was still a second before he would even be near with Petr Cech's face, so he was entitled to raise his foot to lob the ball, or else what does he do? Let it go? So both ways, Chelsea and Jose Mourinho have no right to complain. Hahaha... =)
Youth Day today, it sucked.

- Does Owen Hargreaves and Michael Carrick going to Man Utd for £18 million mean that Gareth Barry is worth the same amount? For the record, Hargreaves and Carrick isn't worth £18 million, I feel Hargreaves is at most £15 million, and Carrick is at most £13 million. So, giving £15 million for Barry is actually quite over-the-odds already! Why can't Aston Villa and their TV-pundit-cum-manager Martin O'Neill see that? Hahahha... Now there's only two ways left in this:
1. O'Neill accepts Liverpool's £15 million bid for Barry, and the latter signs for the Reds, or
2. Barry somehow mends his relationship with O'Neill. Well... they're professionals after all, aren't they? =)
I see it going the first way. But £15 million for Barry is too much. =(
- Be Yourself Day. What bull? Damn stupid. Haha the that guy wear till damn "sexy" sia... Cannot take it, damn gay!
- One last thing, I hate moderation! Especially when it doesn't go in my favour! =(

So the prelim results were out during the last four days, pretty mixed results, matching the mixed feelings I had overall. Severely underperformed for Chemistry, just passed, a frickin' C6, and the fact that I actually studied for it more than previous times, made me feel a little sick. Physics was slightly better only, with a B4... Got thrashed in my sciences by sy... =(
The double mathematics produced two A2s, well because of the fact the school set the A1 standard at 85 and above for the two subjects, I had to be contented with four more added points into my L1R5. History was my usual highlight, obtaining an A1 from a paper containing rather difficult Source-Based questions. =)
English was another highlight, getting a B3 for the first time, if my calculations are all correct. My summary was again the one that pulled me down, but the improvement of my composition and situational writing pulled everything put. Oral needs improvement though. So my L1R5, taking May's Chinese prelim II papers, is 15? Yeah pretty much... =)
Gamespot have given us the first look into FIFA Soccer 09. Looks pretty good I must say, but I feel that there are much to be improved from the 08 version. A custom tactics bank should be added, to store all edited and created tactics, not needing to always create new ones during new managerial modes.
Rain... Snow... Night... NOT ALWAYS IN THE DAY WITH A PERFECT SUN! Especially Old Trafford, it's always sunny in FIFA 08, I think those United personnel hoped for such weather at Manchester. It clearly isn't always a perfect day during football matches. Some snow during the winter period? Some night games, especially the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, and some rain!!! Argh please! More weather functions.
Improve the transfers and stuff. Take out the number of bids thing? Very irritating. Value players better. A player of 73 rating can't be just worth less than a million pounds? C'mon!!! And... Can't there be friendly matches before the start of each season to give time to buy players? I mean... Yeah once one season is over, the next just swoops by with maybe the Community Shield in August, only giving for two or three chances to swoop for players... Argh!
One more thing, why isn't Cristiano Ronaldo on any of the screenies of the first look at FIFA 09? Only Karim Benzema, Wayne Rooney and Franck Ribery? And a fat Ronaldinho? Is C. Ronaldo too expensive or what? Haha... I hope FIFA 09 turns out to be good, both on the PC and the XBox360.
Oh yeah... Go grab your tickets for CHMA08!!! It's selling at $10 per ticket for a 2 hour plus talent showcase/concert! C'mon!!! It's selling every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after school! Go get 'em quick! It's on 19 July... It's a Saturday, no reason not go, eh?
Quotes of the first week of school... "Hardooo Gayyy!" I love that A LOT! And "It's pon not absent" or something along that line... That's another classic from... =)
