ESPNsoccernet's Premier League Team News (incl. Liverpool) So here's what I want the line-up to be. Liverpool up against the old foe, at that small stadium
. It's not going to be easy for the Reds. With the possible return of Tim Cahill, and players such as Yakubu, Mikel Arteta and Joseph Yobo in their team, they could be as solid as us on any day. With the center of midfield likely going to be crowded out by Phil Neville and Lee Carsley, Liverpool should look to get the ball wide to the flanks, so as to bypass the formers and get crosses in. Should Cahill be fit, Mascherano would have a tough job in keeping him quiet, whilst either Liverpool full-back might have to take on a creative Arteta or a industrious Leon Osman, either way, it is not going to be easy for them. Jamie Carragher and Sami Hyypia would need to play very tight on their strikers. Fernando Torres and Dirk Kuyt need to work extra hard for the space, and if need be, Peter Crouch should come on for some sort of aerial threat if necessary. Mohamed Sissoko would only be brought on in case of the defence of a lead. John Arne Riise would give Liverpool the left-footed player on their left flank. Yossi Benayoun might not be in the above list, but he might pipe one of Riise or Sissoko for a place on the bench...
C'mon Reds!!!
Now for some nice football videos. Glaring misses, great goals, top 20 Liverpool goals, and some comedy...
