€83m

Chelsea signs AC Milan's Kaka. The Brazilian playmaker joins English champions Chelsea for €83m. The Brazilian attacking midfielder signs a contract of €90,000 per week until 30/6/2011.
You shocked??? You should be, its not even January yet, meaning its not the transfer window.
Haha just wanted to show what
kinda ridiculous money Chelsea would pay... No! Not in real life, but in Football Manager 2007. Check this image I print screened.

FIFA07
Wednesday, November 29, 2006
Aiya... If you think of it
ah, EA still needs to improve its FIFA Football 2007. I'm not trying to say I can do a better job. But
c'mon EA Sports! There are a few things that is
kinda making me sick. Firstly its the line-up or formation. You always see real football, when a team plays 4-4-2. There'll always be one central midfielder storming forward with the other midfielder staying back in case of a counter attack. But in FIFA07, its' always either one midfielder storms into the box with the other... lurking just outside, leaving the back four without any cover if there's any long ball pumped to the opponent striker in a counter attack.

Or in another situation, none of the central midfielder would bomb into the box, but they would both be lurking outside, neither here nor there. Leaving no options in the box for the crosser and leaving the back four scrambling during a counter attack. The next FIFA, which is FIFA08, hopefully would have some kind of way of determining who sits back or something, like maybe be able to give
simple instructions to individual players.
Another problem is that some players are given overrated attributes and some are given underrated attributes. See the following player's bio:

The "Primary Attributes" you see are really what EA put as. I didn't edit them. I only edited the name, birth date and country of the player.
Hmm... Michael Essien, hopefully those Chel$ki or Ghanian football fans don't blast me. But please... Michael Essien, comparing him in real life, have a passing technique of 92/100? Or tackling of 88/100?
C'mon, he is way far from those attributes. EA should give more accurate stats for the players.
Well some teams have players that just are too
pro than they are in real life. Check out this Chelsea team:

Not trying to pick on Chelsea, serious. Okay one positive for those Chelski fans is that how can D. Drogba just have 84? I think he should be like 89 or something... C. Makelele worse than M. Essien? Okay... And P. Ferreira as good as A. Cole?
Ohh please. The whole team is much better than it really is.
The last issue that just
buggs me is that players are
so tired so easily. You always see players in real life playing until the last minute of each game and still can play for the next match. But please check this out:

Look at J. Riise. Tired till he is in the red area! And not to tire the players so much I always have to play a very very slow tempo for each game? What's the fun of that anymore? Please make the tiredness level much more realistic comparing to real life. Or else its very difficult to play.
EA, hopefully will improve their FIFA games. And hopefully FIFA08 will be much better.
Bye~

holidays

Haha I didn't know what to put as a title for this post, as I wanted to blog about more than one
kinda stuff. Whatever that meant. I know I know this blog's
kinda dead. Yeah but I still have to add a little bit, or maybe a lot... Of soccer into it.
Well I've been enjoying my holidays so far, playing FIFA 07 and CoH. Yeah.... Been playing Barcelona and trying to replace all of their old players like Sylvinho, Edmilson, and sold Motta. Haha who cares' right?
Holidays been okay so far. I think I have to
chiong homework like next week, when December starts. Or others might like to phrase it like... One month left to the new year and the new school year. Yeah its
kinda fast anyways...
Gonna go to Sec 3. I can't really believe it. And this holidays'
kinda sian at home
coz everything's changing. Okay I'm exaggerating. Not really everything, maybe 30%? Yeah its
kinda distracting. As usual,
needa pump more CIP hours. Quite
sian ah going to that library.
Yeah now for the soccer part. Liverpool did quite well against Manchester City at Anfield. Although they were playing a 3-5-2 which could convert to a 5-3-2 or 3-2-3-2, with Finnan and Riise as the wing-backs. So many injuries may have forced Benitez to change his formation. But I don't think it worked quite well. When they changed to a 4-4-2 with Carragher on the left and Riise pushing forward, they looked much better. Pity that it took City captain Barton's error for the goal. Finally Gerrard scored his first EPL goal. Hopefully the first of many.
Aiya why couldn't Manchester United just triumph over Chelsea. Anyway I think its a good result for Man Utd. As they would usually get very complacent after beating a rival and lose their next match against lower opposition. So a draw might just spur them on the get the gap between them and Chelsea to remain. Saha's goal was very nice, nice curler into the corner. Sucky Carvalho had no chance. Probably Carvalho's goal had JT or Drogba standing in front of van der Sar. 3 points gap and a point gained from the leaders is a good result, says Mourinho? Well he's just one big joke.

DotA HG
Tuesday, November 21, 2006
Haha... The title would have left you stunned right? Haha... Well if not, here's what is happening here. Check out this picture below..:

Yeah... Its a Hard Gay DotA hero my older brother created. Well if you see the bottom right hand corner credits...Yeah... You should see a By: Gup & D. Well just to note. He did 97% and I did 3%. Only the editing he needed. So its his creation, I guess. Before I continue with its description. If you don't like Hard Gay...Or you don't like DotA associated with Hard Gay, well then I guess you'd better not this post, wait for the next one... If you one to, and just "X" this window, or tab. Well he did not want to post this on his blog, so I decided to do it for him.
loL.
Anyway
z if you know DotA well, you'd see a 51 Strength... Yeah if you watch his shows/episodes you should know that he's
kinda 'strong'. So I just told my
bro he needed to add it in. Well I'll let you laugh over the attacks, or cry if you think its lame... Just a piece of advice if you one to blast me over this DotA HG..: I Don'T Care! If you think this is okay, just tag about it? Or just.... Whatever.
Well by the way these week so far has been quite dull and gloom. The weather doesn't help either. Can't go out to play soccer with this unpredictable weather. And the Singapore Telecoms suck. SMSs aren't getting through! Especially important ones... Haha... The weather also's
kinda dull and crappy and makes you very lethargic.
Anyways the below picture is
kinda nice too. I guess. Its from Company Of Heroes. I made it and wanted to share it with you guys!

Great positioning by the tanks and Anti-tank guns
eh. If you know what I mean... Haha one V2 rocket on that area would destroy everything I guess.
Hope the week turns for the better. Yeah it could be ended with a nice win over Manchester City at Anfield for Liverpool! Haha yeah soccer again! Bye~

3-4
Friday, November 17, 2006
loL. Just went to school, and found out that I'll be in 3-4 next year!
Dunno whether that's good or bad, but I'll still take it well. Hopefully next year will be a little smooth-sailing throughout, but I know obviously there will be ups and downs, which is obviously acceptable.
Anyway
z I just read a news article on the internet, and I just...JUST had to put forth my view on that matter.
Yeah...Its' 'bout soccer again. But people with little soccer knowledge should be able to understand it. The incident goes back way to the John Terry sending off, during his team, Chelsea's 2-1 lost to Tottenham Hotspur a couple of weeks ago, I think. Well...First it was Jose Mourinho, the Chelsea boss, who was furious with the referee and his decision. Then, it was Chelsea's left-back Ashley Cole who came out to the media and told them that that particular referee that refereed that game told them they '
needed to be taught a lesson'. I am like...
WTF??? If that was heard won't the linesmen and fourth official, a total of 3 other people, hear it through the microphone worn by referees during the WHOLE game, not allowed to be turned off. Wouldn't it been recorded? Finally, Chelsea's captain and central defender John Terry, who got sent off coincidentally, came out and said the referee told him to '
F**k off'. I'm like...Who in the right mind would tell a person to f**k off when sending that person off the field? And wouldn't T.V. replays shown on the large screens on the football grounds and in our own T.V. sets be able to see that referee's mouth saying F**k off? Wouldn't the F.A. had seen the referee's mouth moving, saying F**k off? If its untrue, I just think that they're just a bunch of attention seekers...OR...Just trying to gain some kind of an advantage over that referee because he had sent their captain off. I just think its a whole lot of crap but Chelsea. For so many games, no one was sent off except the game against Liverpool, where Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack was for a serious foul. And no word at all.
Load of crap to me... Just stating my point of view though.
Bye~

as usual
Tuesday, November 14, 2006
Well...A very
sian school holiday. And to top that off, another huge defeat at the hands of Arsenal. 3-0 lost for Liverpool, well... just equals to the end of their title challenge this year. And its only November. It ain't January or February yet! November. Mathematically, of course they are still in the title race, as well as relegation, but both are definitely impossible. Lost so many away games already... Yes, 5 loses is huge, and the stature and quality of the players at the club just can't get
'em relegated.
As usual I'm here blogging about soccer again. But what can I do? That's all that is keeping me alive,
loL. If you don't like it...Just think, I don't care! It's my blog anyway
z. With Luis Garcia and Mohamed Sissoko out injured, surely Steven Gerrard would move back into central midfield. But no! Its Boudewijn Zenden to partner Xabi Alonso. Well the reason Rafa Benitez gave was that he was Man Of The Match against Birmingham in the Carling Cup tie.
Erm...Barclays English Premier League = Carling Cup ???
Arsenal = Birmingham ???
Well okay...If that's the case why was Birmingham relegated last year?
Hmm...
Hah... Well Jermaine Pennant could have moved right. At least one positive was that I heard they had more shots/attempts than Arsenal and they at last played a 4-4-2. Not a 4-5-1 with either Peter Crouch or Dirk Kuyt leading the line. Mark Gonzalez on the left? His crossing was crap during the first half. No balance in the midfield whatsoever.

Got these pictures from liverpoolfc.tv. (Left) Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher and Dirk Kuyt, they tried but failed on the road again. (Right) Rafa Benitez, wrong tactics or personnel again.
Well the next Liverpool match is AWAY again. They'll have to sort themselves out if they're going to get any results against a Middlesbrough team who have beaten Chelsea at home, The Riverside Stadium. Good luck to
'em.
Now I'm here doing nothing. Need to find something to do. Friday's
gonna see which class I'm going to. Hopefully it'll be a nice one... "How do you define nice?" Well I
dunno.Bye~

Lethargic me. Nothing to do during the holidays. Just sitting in front of the computer for the whole day, watching television. That's all! Occasionally, or weekly going for CIP at the library. That CIP thing is damn
sian. Playing Football Manager 2007, FIFA 2007, Company Of Heroes and Call Of Duty 2 is all I've done, and maybe plus Need For Speed: Carbon. The school have given us holiday homework. But it's still November! I'll definitely start on it when its December. Can't wait till last week of school then
chiong. Or it will never be finished. Can't wait to know which class I'll go to.
The weekend's here again. But.... No difference really. Just Premiership action on Saturday and Sunday. Need to find something to do!

So far... It seems like a year of holidays, because of all the drilling and stuff. My head's
gonna blow. Just joking
-.-'. Played
comp until
sian. Nothing else to do. Looking forward to checking results on Friday, after my CCA. Just can't get Football Manager 2007 right. I used to be so good when I was playing Football Manager 2006. But now its such a different story. Hope the drilling and stuff will finish soon. Dusty and noisy.
First time in 100 games. Rafa finally stays with the same line-up for Bordeaux as when Liverpool played Aston Villa. 99 consecutive games with a different line-up, I think he did not want to hit that century mark so he just kept the same team, then he'll change for another 99 consecutive games, if he lasts that long. Hopefully Liverpool can capture that elusive first Premiership title, or any other cup, whether FA Cup, Carling League Cup or the Champions League and finish top 4, would still be a good season.
Some positives from the Bordeaux and Aston Villa game:
Gerrard scored his first goal, hopefully those 20 goals would start rolling in.
Luis Garcia's in top form, 3 goals in 2 matches, hopefully it'll continue.
Kuyt and Crouch are having a good partnership up front.
No goals conceded so far with their first choice defenders, Hyypia and Carragher.
However this two games are at home, at Anfield! If only they could transform a little bit of that home form away, Liverpool should challenge for the Premiership better and not just hope for a Champions League spot. Get our 19-goals-last-season striker Cisse. No one actually knows the fact that he scored 19 goals but played lesser games than Crouch and Morientes. Everyone only criticizes him about his different hair styles and sometimes selfish play.
Bye~
